I am a 21-year-old male with a passion for strength training. I started lifting when I was 14 years old. And been more seriously training for the past 3 years. Over this time I have learned effective ways to set up workouts that maximize results. My best lifts to date are a 525-pound deadlift, a 435-pound squat, and a 315-pound bench press. I want to use the knowledge I have learned over the years to offer affordable training programs. Both pre-written programs for a one-time purchase or custom programs for a monthly fee that will be written weekly and catered to each individual will be available.
