This is a 13-week power-building program. It is 5 days a week with 2 rest days for the first 11 weeks, and 3 days a week with 4 rest days for the final 2 weeks. It is built to get you stronger in the squat bench and deadlift while putting on muscle mass.

A link to a google sheets spreadsheet with 13 weeks of workouts with built-in progression so all you have to do is put in the work and not worry about anything else. You must make a copy of the spreadsheet in order to edit it.
Who is this program for? This program is for anyone who has been going to the gym consistently and lifting seriously for at least 1 year and is ready to take their training to the next level.

What can be expected from this program?
I cannot guarantee results as this is dictated by a lot of factors but if you adhere to the program consistently with proper sleep and nutrition. You can expect to gain 5-20 pounds on your bench press, 10-30pounds on your squat, and 15-35 pounds on your squat.
